Brian Rumbold

Brian is the Managing Director and a Principal Consultant. His work includes business strategy, facilitation, project design, information and content management, and electronic publishing.

Over the years Brian has worked with clients in areas as diverse as:

• Direction setting and strategy workshops—facilitating leadership and management teams in evaluating current activity, identifying goals and developing strategies.
• Annual planning workshops—facilitating managements teams in setting annual priorities and turning those priorities into action plans.
• Compliance documentation—facilitating aligning documentation to legislative requirements; planning and implementing change programs; designing and deploying intranets.

Before establishing Alucida in 1993 Brian was a Director and General Manager of a successful start-up software business. He has ten years experience in senior management in the computer services industry and 10 years experience in business-to-business marketing of industrial products.

Margaret Rumbold

BA Dip Ed Syd MA Macq

Margaret is a Director and Consultant—she founded Alucida in 1993. Her work focuses on writing and workplace training.

Before founding the business she worked as a teacher of secondary school English and History. She has a Masters degree in children’s literature.
